Our Associates

We currently have over 40 trainer/assessors and verifiers associated with us, and as a Company are able to offer a unique concept. Our associates work on a freelance basis and are paid on results. Overall global retention/achievement rate currently stands above 97% across all contracts.We work closely, and drive projects forward as a completeTeam. Our associates are our internal customer, and as such they deserve the best service and respect that we can offer. This is a mutual requirement.

All associates are CRB checked; qualified to PTLLS level and above, and hold relevant trainer/assessor and verifier qualifications. Each associate undergoes a rigorous quality check prior to joining us and once accepted into our Company, has a unique Continuous Professional Development plan individually tailored to suit both their, and the current market needs. Associates across all disciplines are required to attend four weekly assessment/standardisation meetings over and above contractual standardisation to ensure that CPD is as beneficial as possible, and that good practice is continuously shared across the Team. We consider these meetings to be the most important part of our continuous quality improvement. CPD is recorded and reported by us to the IFL(all assessors are registered)

All associates are mentored to ensure quality of delivery, and compliance. Our robust quality systems ensure on-going quality of delivery across all disciplines. We carry out our own Internal Verification quality checks, as well as complying with any partner specific needs (particularly with regard to policing)

Every associate, therefore, is fully conversant with not only assessment, but also Ofsted compliant delivery of Technical certificates and particularly blended key and functional skills - our unique specialism.

All associates are multi-skilled, and used to assessment and training delivery across a multitude of disciplines. Each is fully conversant with paper based portfolio, paperless portfolio, e-portfolio,and FTP portfolio. We offer either blended, or separate key/functional skills delivery using either paper based - or tailor made e-learning programmes. Our technical certificate delivery is bespoke, and delivered in a variety of ways,according to our client's need.
