Apprenticeship programmes can make your organisation more

Apprenticeship programmes have been designed to support employees towards reaching a high level of competency and performance.
Our blended approach is individually designed to suit not only our employers, but also our candidates. We know
that many Training Companies have a 'here's a workbook get on with it ' approach to technical certificates and
key skills - and this is WHERE WE ARE DIFFERENT. We believe that
a blended approach to support all four components of an Apprenticeship is the vital key to motivating each candidate to succeed. We offer bespoke on-line or paper-based programmes
for key skills, and either individual or Corporate Group Training towards technical certficates. Coaching and motivating
is the key. It is CRUCIAL in the Modern climate that candidates feel 'comfortable' with all aspects of their
programme, and have a rapport and trust in their assessor sufficient to overcome any pre-conceived
barriers.

Policing levels 2,3 AND 4
serviced by highly experienced, skilled ex police officers Business Admin levels 2,3 and 4 with specialisms (decision maker/debt management) Customer
service levels 2 and 3 Retail levels 2,3 and 4 Management levels 3,5 and 7

our Government funded programmes.We have secured funding in our own right for 2011/2012 delivery ,and so

STRUCTURE: Our Apprenticeships are designed around the needs of employers, and lead to nationally recognised
qualifications. They are an invaluable way of upskilling the current worforce , but also taking on an Apprentice as a new
member of staff is cost effective because your Team can learn whilst they are on the job, and the Government contributes
to the cost of learning. At VLTSolutions, we ensure that delivery of learning requires very little 'down
time' from the workplace. We appreciate the needs of our employers and our assessment is non-invasive, and constantly
